Excellent strings. Better than the Pyramid strings. The Pyramid were too hard to play. I am glad I took the advice of many Ric players and equally glad Chris had the strings.

These were a perfect set of strings for my Rickenbacker 360-12 electric 12 string guitar. They sound great, price was great, and wonderful service and shipment. Especially love how the octave pairs were put together in their respective sleeves.

Just bought a '73 480 that needed some TLC. The pickguard and pickup Grommet was exactly what I needed. The old grommets or washers on my neck pickup were worn beyond use and these seem to provided the correct amount or resistance for the mounting screws.

Great looking and smooth finish. Due to Covid, I am stranded 9,000 miles from my bass, but in time I'll get back there and finally cover up that atrocious looking gap around the pickup. This is just what I've been looking for.

Now I can play my Ric properly with out that playing my bass around the cover. Super easy install and it really makes the bass look better. Thanks!

I was expecting these strings to be very good, given the price, but they greatly exceeded my expectations. I am huge fan of Pyramid strings, and had also purchased a set of their "Gold" version 12-string set because it had been recommended by Roger McGuinn. I tried them, and found that they were at uncomfortably high tension and -- more surprising given the generally superlative tone of Pyramid strings -- so strong in their output that it was difficult to play them in a nuanced way or with as much control as I'd like over dynamics. These strings are much lower tension and far more responsive to different picking and strumming attacks. Very nice, even tonal range from high to low E. These strings actually make it worthwhile trying out all possible combinations of settings of volume and tone controls because even subtle changes make significantly audible differences. The octave strings chime without being obnoxiously bright. Barre chords are amazingly clear and balanced, with none of the notes muffled or choked. I really thought these strings were going to turn out to be hype, but all the great things people say about these strings are accurate. Rick 12-strings are challenging instruments to play well even if you are aiming only for a flat-out Byrds sound. These strings will allow my Rick 366 to fit into recording mixes far more musically and with far greater versatility than ever before.

These strings are excellent! The tonal qualities really shine through for a short scale guitar! I'm hooked!
